This article outlines the process for refreshing the data on the Procore Mobile App (iPad and iPhone). There can be a disconnect between the data you are seeing (available projects, inspections, inspection fields, etc.) based on the data in the mobile app not being "up-to-date".

  • To correct this situation, select the "Projects" button on the home screen.



  • When the list of projects box is shown, "Swipe Down" in the box.  You will see a "Spinning Wheel" indicating that the data is refreshing.



  • Once the Refresh is completed all data will be up-to-date on the Procore app.
