Departmental SharePoint sites are being provisioned with these basic rules...
- A team member is not a member of the Site or Team Admin role/group. This is reserved for IT Administration.
- All Team members should be members of the Member role.
- Permissions to the Document Libraries should be controlled via Active Directory Groups.
Granting Permissions to specific Sites / Teams
Project Management
- All members of the Project Management department may be added to the Member roles of the Project Management TEAM in Microsoft Teams.
- Users should be added to role specific Active Directory Groups which map to permissions sets in the Document Libraries.
- Project Admins should be added to the "PM - Project Admins - LSLP" group.
- Project Coordinators should be added to the "PM - Project Coordinators - LSLP" group.
- Project Managers should be added to the "PM - Project Managers - LSLP" group.
