1. Log in to the PROCORE web app and navigate to the project which you will be uploading drawings into.

  2. Navigate to the Drawings tool from the Project Tools list.

  3. Click on the orange gear icon to access the Drawings tool settings for this project.

  4. Update the Drawing Log Subscribers list by selecting users from the Select A Person...drop down selection list. 
    • Refresh the standard list of subscribed users by selecting the Drawing Releases distribution group. This will reload the list and add any new additions to the subscription list.

    • The Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Admin, Designer, Drafter, and Checker assigned to the project should be added to the list for awareness.

    • You may also add any or remove any other team members from the list of those who should be notified when new drawings are published and distributed for this project.



  5. Click the Update button to save your changes.
