- Switch the Pay Type Group to “LWOP"
- Enter a “1” in any “LWOP” box. This effectively tells the Approvers and Payroll Administrator that this employee is on leave without pay for the entire week. This coding turns off all hours and Travel/Per Diem claims for the week.
- It is important to code for LWOP to let everyone know not to expect hours for this employee. If LWOP is not claimed, Superintendents will receive multiple calls the following week asking why the employee has no time
