To add Jobs and Cost Codes, or GL Accounts to a timesheet, click the "Add Jobs/Codes to Time Sheet" button in the lower left-hand corner.


  • If adding a job/cost code, first select one (and only one) available job at a time.  Then select from among available cost codes.  Filter cost codes down by typing in you phase code (e.g type "130" in the search bar to look at 130 cost codes only. 
  • If a certified job, select the appropriate Certified Class(es). 
  • Once these combinations are selected, all combinations will be available on the time sheet.  Warning- if you select one job, five cost codes, and five certified classes all at once, there will be 25 rows on the time sheet (5 cost codes x 5 certified classes = 25 combinations) 
  • If you want to add three cost codes at the "Laborer" certified class, and two class codes at the "Equipment Operator" certified class, simply add the first three cost codes with "Laborer", the push the "Add Jobs/Codes" button again, selecting the last two cost codes with the "Equipment Operator" certified class.
